Ronda Lawson has more than 30 years of experience serving the administrative management needs of professional services firms. She is currently the Firm Administrator with Bregante + Company LLP, a regional CPA firm with three offices in the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds the PAFM credential, and is an active member of CPAFMA, where she currently serves as President of the Northern California Chapter. She has professional expertise in administrative staff development, team-building, coaching, and mentoring, and has done numerous presentations to internal staff, as well as several times being invited to speak at the International Association for Administrative Professionals. In addition, she is a published author with numerous fiction and non-fiction credits, and three books of poetry currently available through Amazon.com.
