Course Description

Join us for this one-hour program where civil and criminal tax controversy attorney Eric Green walks you through the various methods the IRS Criminal Investigation Division utilizes when reconstructing a target-taxpayer’s income.

Many taxpayers assume that without records the IRS cannot do anything, yet nothing could be further from the truth. The IRS employs several methods to prove unreported income.

Join us for this program and learn how we can deploy these very same methods both in defending a taxpayer under investigation as well as helping non-filers reconstruct income and file returns when their records are less-than-stellar.

"I can't say enough about this webinar and Eric Green. He is an excellent speaker, through and knowledgeable. He really takes a very complex subject and translates so well to less knowledgeable listeners. Again, just can't sing his praises high enough."

"Listen to what Eric is saying. I'm a former Revenue Officer (Retired) who refered cases to the Criminal Investigation Division (CID). Eric is very knowledgeable and was glad to hear him cover a lot of issues that need to be told."
