Darcy Roberts, BA, PCC is an experienced leadership & career coach and facilitator who wants people to love their work. She joined The Management Coach as an executive coach in 2016, and in 2023 took over the business as managing director.
With more than 20 years of administrative experience across a variety of industries including the arts, law, finance, banking & executive search, Darcy has coached a variety of people at all levels of the corporate world. A particular area of specialization for Darcy is coaching and developing managers and leaders in transition from being independent contributors to becoming strong people leaders.
Darcy completed her coach training with the Coaches Training Institute in 2016 and has a PCC coaching accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Anne Griffin is a retirement expert and founder of Life After Work. She coaches the almost and already-retired people looking for clarity and direction in their retirement journey so they do what matters most and leave nothing undone. Anne retired 2.5 years ago from a 30+ year career with a Fortune 100 Company in a senior human resources role. She has been coaching for seven years since becoming certified in 2016. Anne lives in the Toronto area with her family.
